Managed and nurtured relationships with key contacts, proactively learning about their visual communication needs, building quotes, handling orders, engaging with design and production teams, supervised products were manufactured according to the customer’s needs, coordinating installations or delivery, making sure payments were processed and monitored follows ups on the performance and the overall experience.
